Dear Customer

As a valued Tata Motors' Customer, you are entitled to get following support from this workshop :

» Quality servicing / repairs of your car!

  • Free repair of the complaint that reappears within 3000 kms or 1 month (whichever is earlier) after being attended at this set-up.

» Quality washing of your car!

  • if you are not satisfied with the washing quality of your car, we will clean it again to your satisfaction!

» On-time delivery!

  • if you do not get your car back on the promised day*; we will waive off 10% on the labour bill of your car!

    *In case of increase in job content / parts not available. Service Advisor will intimate you the revised delivery date & time in advance

» Follow-up call after service!

  • This workshop will contact you on the 4th day after the delivery of the vehicle, to ensure your satisfaction with the service. Hence, we request you to provide us your latest phone number.

If you do not get the above services, please let us know through the "Customer's Voice" form kept near the drop box.

Dear Customer

1 Our CRO will provide you an appointment for service / warranty jobs within 2 days
2 On your arrival to our workshop we will initiate interaction within 5 Min.
3 We will open the job card for normal jobs within 15 Min.
4 We will deliver the cars received for normal servicing within 8 Hours
5 At the time of vehicle delivery, we will ensure that your payment / paper work is finished within 15 Min.

» Rights of the Customer Top

Dear Customer,

At the time of leaving your car for service we will provide you,

  1. Copy of job card
  2. Explanation of related work to be done, Cost estimate & Time estimate
  3. Road Test (if required)

*- In case of additional work to be done, you are entitled to ask for prior intimation by the workshops & only after your approval the addiional jobs will be carried out.

At the time of leaving your car for service we will provide you,

  1. Bill of repairs & receipt of payment
  2. Explanation of standard checks carried out
  3. Explanation of repairs done (Including free / paid service and warranty / paid repairs)
  4. Explanation of bills, vis-à-vis earlier estimates
  5. Road Test ( if required )
