- It covers only services as per TATA Motors current service schedule
- The contract is only valid for pre-agreed km limit and tenure whichever is earlier
- The contract covers cost of spare parts, lubrication consumables and labour used during service, all other work (repairs, etc) would be charged extra
- This is a service contract and not a warranty scheme
